  • SPACE PLANNING

    Space Studies are a great tool for planning the configuration of your new or existing office or mercantile space. We consider structural elements and accessories that must remain, be salvaged for reuse/ relocation, and what items can be deleted when designing and planning your Space Study.

    Our interior designer will provide a proposed Space Study that will feature a floor plan of your space with new, existing, and relocated construction and accessories along with FF&E, custom millwork, along with dimensions and areas of design development to be considered. These studies can be used to reconfigure your space and determine what FF&E will work in your office or showroom.

  • COMMERCIAL / RESIDENTIAL PERMIT DOCUMENTS

    We work with tenants, property management, general contractors, and homeowners to deliver flexible and efficient office and mercantile spaces and cozy personal residential environments nationally.

    Construction documents provided vary per project scope and typically include the following:

    • Cover Sheet • Demolition Plan • Construction Plan • Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) • Power Communication Plan • Partition & Door Schedule • ADA-compliant millwork section details as required by code.

  • FF & E SELECTIONS

    Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) refers to movable furniture, fixtures, or other equipment that have no permanent connection to the structure of a home/ building. These items include desks, beds, computers, electronic equipment, tables, bookcases, and partitions.

    Our interior designer is up to date with current trends as well as classic design and how to incorporate your existing FF&E with new pieces seamlessly. A custom-curated FF&E Design Package will be created for you to use as a guide/ reference for the planning and purchasing phase of your project.

    Most staging companies offer basic decor while at Crested Crane Interiors, we like to spice it up with unique color combinations, layering textures and using a mix of modern and unexpected accents to make your listing memorable!

  • RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN

    When in comes to staging your listing or office space, we can work with existing furnishings (to some degree of course) to complete vacant spaces. Every project comes with its own challenges and opportunities, allowing us to create a design that's uniquely yours.

    Whether you’re a tenant in an office building, homeowner or a renter, we’ll collaborate with you to design a beautiful tailored space that reflects your personal style/ workplace culture.

Let’s discuss the specifics of your project. In our initial in-person or online consultation, we’ll gather key details about what you’re working on, your goals for the space, your timeline, and your budget. We’ll also explain our process and answer any questions you have. Depending on the project’s scope and location, we may suggest an on-site meeting to explore the details further. During this visit, we’ll take photos of the space, review existing floor plans, and look at any inspirational images you’ve collected. We’ll share our initial thoughts and gather all the necessary information to create a comprehensive design services proposal for you.

We’ll provide a detailed design service proposal. Our proposals are comprehensive and itemized, tailored to each project’s specific phases and fees. You’ll only be billed for the services rendered, giving you a clear understanding of the investment required to bring us on board.

Next, we’ll create a set of preliminary plans. We put significant effort into Phase I, focusing on aligning the functional aspects of the space, the overall budget, and the design aesthetics. We aim to respect your time and resources, ensuring that these initial activities set the stage for an efficient final design. During this phase, we’ll draft preliminary space plans, outline a scope of work for any necessary construction, and gather information to help contractors prepare preliminary budgets. We’ll also compile a collection of inspirational images to convey our vision, and we’d love to see any inspiration you have in mind as well. We’ll review everything together to gather your feedback.

Then, we’ll develop a comprehensive design plan. Based on your input, we’ll refine our Phase I plans into a complete design presentation that includes final layouts and proposed materials and furniture selections. We’ll walk you through these plans to gather your thoughts, making any necessary adjustments based on your preferences.

Finally, we’ll bring everything together and get the project underway. Once we have an agreed-upon final floor plan, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, we’ll start executing the design. We can work with our trusted contractors and service providers, or collaborate with yours if you prefer. Communication is key for us, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
