With a BFA in Interior Design and a minor in Furniture Design, Seattle-based interior designer Edith (Edie) has been working in the industry for 18+ years across the country.

In the fall of 2020, the chance to start her own design studio presented itself, so Crested Crane Interiors was established.

Drawing upon experience within the residential and commercial interior design profession, Edie has become known for her ability to provide clients with the highest level of service from both a project manager and interior design perspective. Edie is regularly the team lead for design projects ranging from 2,000 sf. to 30,000 sf., of mostly commercial spaces with occasional residential projects and does so with careful personalized precision.

The seamless blend of unique creative vision, design presentation, verbal and written communication, project management, and collaboration with vendors and trade, is how Crested Crane Interiors successfully meets and exceeds client’s expectations and delivers interiors that are functional, engaging, and memorable.

Todd is a licensed, award-winning architect with more than 25 years of experience in architecture, design, construction, and consulting. Known for his creativity and forward-thinking approach, he consistently integrates innovative solutions with a strong focus on budget management and meeting project timelines.

Whether leading projects through his own firm or collaborating as part of our team, Todd has successfully delivered retail projects across 22 states, working with renowned brands such as Nordstrom, The Rack, Tom Ford, Amazon, Target, and many others.

Specializing in retrofitting and expanding existing structures, Todd’s expertise is particularly valuable when adapting and upgrading spaces to meet evolving needs. His deep understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and life safety codes provides a critical foundation for navigating complex regulatory requirements, particularly when working with municipalities.

A true problem solver, Todd brings a combination of technical proficiency, creative vision, and practical experience to every project he undertakes, ensuring that each is both functional and forward-thinking.

Katya Sergeyeva is a senior at Seattle Pacific University, currently working towards her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Since early 2024, she has been serving as a Junior Interior Designer at Crested Crane Interiors, where she specializes in 3D rendering while expanding her skill set in space planning, material selection, furniture curation, and drafting construction documents.

Through her role at Crested Crane Interiors, Katya has gained valuable hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of projects, including those in the mercantile, hospitality, and residential sectors. This exposure has allowed her to cultivate a refined design sensibility and a practical understanding of how to create spaces that harmonize aesthetics with functionality. She has developed a keen ability to approach design challenges with a creative yet solution-oriented mindset, ensuring that each project not only meets the client’s needs but also exceeds expectations.

Katya is deeply passionate about creating thoughtful, well-designed environments that are both beautiful and purposeful. With a commitment to continual growth and a dedication to her craft, she looks forward to advancing her career and further refining her expertise as an interior designer.
